As she joined the 46-year-old Heartless rapper in Florence on Monday, the 28-year-old, known for her affiliation with the Yeezy designer, made a daring and possibly slightly unsettling fashion statement.
With a pair of translucent Perspex heels on, Bianca showed off her compressed toes surrounded in the misted plastic, revealing a cutting-edge footwear option that is guaranteed to make waves.
She chose to go shopping with the rapper and wore PVC translucent stilettos, which gave her feet a faint sheen.
The shoes appeared to have developed a slight yellowish tint, probably as a result of artificial tan or bronzed body makeup stains. She was dressed in small black shorts and a nude colored strapless bandeau top that highlighted her considerable cleavage and exposed her nipples.

The couple has come under fire for their outrageous dress choices and a scandal involving indecent exposure during their protracted stay in Italy. In multiple public appearances, Bianca in particular has worn transparent mesh clothing that clearly shows her naked breasts.
One of the more daring outfits was a naked catsuit, which forced her to cover her nipples with a black cross-body bag.
All of the daring and contentious outfits worn by the Melbourne-born beauty are largely believed to have been designed by fashion guru Kanye.
According to body language expert Judi James, who observed their interactions earlier this month, Kanye shows evidence of being ‘dominant and controlling’ in his relationship with Bianca.
‘Either these two are creating some bizarre form of performance art in a bid to gain attention and publicity or this is Kanye doing what looks like an extreme version of what he has been accused of before – dominating his partner and controlling her wardrobe choices,’ she said.
