Speaking about her sign of the zodiac, Cardi believes that Libras, like her, are frequently put to the test until they eventually break. It seems unfair to her that when people do eventually lose it, the public judges them.
She is also surprised that anyone can say anything, even false information that receives a lot of attention, about another person on a large platform.
She attacks Tasha, whom Cardi previously sued for disseminating misleading information, in this passage. Cardi owes Tasha about $3.4 million, but she recently seemed willing to forgive it.

Cardi appears to have changed her mind and now says that some people are never truly changed.
She criticizes Tasha for letting Will’s supposed ex-friend/assistant make a wild claim on her podcast, insisting it needs to stop immediately. By the way, Tasha recently got sued by R. Kelly, and now, with a potential lawsuit from Jada, she might find herself in legal trouble again.
Cardi might have been lenient last month, but now it seems she’ll push Tasha to pay what she owes, maybe to make a point. It could be well-deserved.
