Only three days after Jada Pinkett Smith made public her secret separation from husband Will Smith since 2016, her sister-in-law Patricia “Trisha” Pinkett filed for divorce from her 43-year-old half-brother Caleeb Pinkett.

In 2002, the jewelry designer and the Emmy-nominated Cobra Kai producer first became romantically involved.

They got married in September 2006, and she stated that they will legally separate on February 28, 2020, shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic started, according to TMZ.

Caleeb and Trisha made their final public appearance together in February 2022 at a ‘fun’ family visit to Sherman Oaks Castle Park for a game of miniature golf.

The Korean mother has asked for shared legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old daughter, Caila Koren Pinkett, as well as spousal maintenance, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Trisha, who has been posting a lot of motivational sayings on her Instagram, has also urged the court to stop able to give Pinkett spousal support.

Two adults make up the Pinkett family: son Jah Pinkett, 24, and daughter Jade, 30, both of whom are adults.

Back in September 2020, Jada revealed on her now-defunct Facebook Watch program Red Table Talk that the co-founder of Just A Lil Bling and her daughter Jade were both ‘quarantining’ with her in Calabasas.

The 52-year-old actress welcomed Caleeb to the RTT set in a 2018 episode to talk about long-standing grudges against their late father, Robsol Pinkett, who struggled with addiction and died in 2021.

Pinkett proudly boasts about his friendship with Jada and her $350 million-rich, estranged 55-year-old spouse.

While marketing her 416-page memoir, Worthy, , Pinkett Smith spoke candidly about the fact that she and Will had been living separate lives for the past seven years.
