Victor Osimhen ‘goes full Will Smith’ in furious rant at Napoli team-mate’s agent
Striker Victor Osimhen of Napoli vented his anger on social media in response to Mamuka Jegeli, the agent of his teammate, who stated that Osimhen will be leaving the squad for Saudi Arabia come summertime. Osimhen, who just signed a 2026 contract extension with Napoli, went on social media in a rage over Jegeli’s remarks.
“Dear Mamuka Jugeli, you are a piece of filth and a disgrace.
“I’m embarrassed at your sense of reasoning. Dumb f***! KEEP MY NAME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!”
Fans quickly made connections between Will Smith’s infamous confrontation with Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars and Victor Osimhen’s outburst on the internet. When Rock brought up his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, Smith smacked him on stage and chastised him.
One admirer said, “Osimhen went full Will Smith!!!” in response to Osimhen’s response. “Good for Osimhen, that was so disrespectful from Kvara’s agent,” said another. Is Smith mode going to be enabled?

In response to the remarks, Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda, said, “Everyone needs to take responsibility for their own lives and show respect for other people’s labor.” Speaking about other players’ futures is improper.
This leads to misinterpretations, issues, and regrettable forecasts. Agent Mamuka Jugeli’s purported remarks are poor, flimsy, and undesirable. Without any logic or basis, these remarks cause my player Victor Osimhen to run afoul of the Napoli supporters.
