During a police pursuit in Los Angeles, a suspect wanted for vandalism shocked onlookers as he callously threw a small dog out of his car window. The high-speed chase unfolded on various Los Angeles freeways before the suspect exited onto surface streets in Pomona. Despite the urgency of the pursuit, the driver showed no signs of slowing down when he heartlessly tossed the dog from his vehicle, forcing pursuing police units to swerve around the helpless animal.
The fate of the pup remains uncertain after the fall from the truck. The suspect, undeterred by this heartless act, continued the chase, colliding with two other vehicles. The second collision, a head-on crash at 60 mph, brought the pursuit to an abrupt end.
Upon surrounding the suspect’s truck, law enforcement officers shouted instructions for him to exit, but he refused to comply. Resorting to non-lethal rounds, officers shot out the suspect’s window, allowing them to apprehend and arrest him.

Miraculously, both drivers involved in the collisions suffered only minor injuries and were able to walk away from the accidents.
