Britney Spears Given Deadline To Approve Ex’s Request to Move Sons to Hawaii

Kevin Federline has set a deadline for Britney Spears to respond to his request regarding the permanent relocation of their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden, to Hawaii. If Spears fails to give her approval by Friday, Federline intends to escalate the matter to court.

Sources reveal that Federline’s attorney has made numerous attempts to reach out to Spears for her response, but she has yet to reply. Currently, Federline holds sole custody of the children, while Spears has visitation rights.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s lawyer, has asked Spears’ attorney to provide a clear statement indicating her agreement with the move. In the absence of a response from Spears, Kaplan asserts that there should be no legal issue with the boys’ relocation, given Federline’s full legal and physical custody.
