Al Pacino to Pay Girlfriend Noor Alfallah $30K in Monthly Child Support
Noor Alfallah, Al Pacino’s girlfriend, has asked for custody of their son. Even though it appears the couple is still dating, Page Six reports that a judge has ordered the 83-year-old actor to pay the 29-year-old over $30,000 in child support each month.
Before the monthly payments start, Pacino must give Alfallah $110,000, per the judge’s order. In addition, he must pay $13,000 for a night nurse and any uninsured medical costs.
He also needs to contribute $15,000 annually to his son’s education fund. They will both be involved in the decision-making process regarding custody, but Alfallah will primarily have their son live with her.

Roman, their son, was welcomed by Alfallah in late May. They began dating during the pandemic, and in April 2022, they went public. She was eight months pregnant in May 2023 when the news broke.
Reportedly taken aback, Pacino even requested a DNA test to establish his paternity. Page Six was informed by an insider that Alfallah typically dates affluent older men; in the past, this has included billionaire Nicholas Berggruen and Mick Jagger.
“She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well. The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father,” the source said. “She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money.”
Alfallah asked for custody of their child in September, though it’s not quite clear why. Pacino is also the father of three other children: twins Olivia and Anton, who are 22 years old, and Julie, a 34-year-old daughter of Jan Tarrant and Beverly D’Angelo.
