Cori Broadus, 24, the daughter of Snoop Dogg, revealed last Thursday that she had been released from the hospital following a stroke. She posted on Sunday about how her kidney condition was getting better, and on Wednesday, she said on Instagram Stories that a CT scan suggested she could be able to go home the same day.

‘My ct scan of my chest came back normal and I’m going home today I can prolly cry omgggg,’ she wrote,

Snoop posted an update on Cori’s health two days prior, revealing that her kidneys were not functioning well following her stroke. On Tuesday night, the renowned rapper made an appearance at the Underdoggs premiere, where he was questioned by People regarding his daughter’s condition.

Snoop replied that she’s getting a little better and admitted that her health issue had made him realize how important life is.

At the age of six, Snoop and Shante Broadus’ daughter Cori received a lupus diagnosis. The body attacks itself when someone has lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease. The severity varies, with some people just exhibiting minor symptoms and others suffering from potentially fatal organ damage.

After taking a more natural approach to her well-being, Cori revealed in September that she has been feeling better than ever.

‘I’ve been good, better than I’ve ever been,’

‘I stopped taking all of my medication like five months ago,’ she said. ‘I’m just doing everything natural, all types of herbs, sea moss, teas. I started working out, drinking lots of water. So now I think my body’s like, okay, this is the new program and she’s getting used to it.’
