Russell Brand accused of rape and sexual assault.
Russell Brand, 48, a comedian and actor, has been accused of rape, sexual assault, and emotional abuse by four women after he preemptively denied very serious charges in a video. One of the accusers said the alleged assault occurred when she was 16 years old.
The revelations were made public by a Times report, and they will be further explored in a Saturday night Channel 4 Dispatches program.
Accounts from four people who say Brand abused them between 2006 and 2013 are included in the exposé. One of them claims that the St. Trinian’s actor sexually assaulted her against a wall in his Los Angeles home. After she confronted him, he subsequently sent her a text apology.
Another woman claims that Brand, who was 31 at the time, raped her while she was 16 and still in school. She claims that after he reportedly subjected her to non-consensual oral sex, she had to use physical force to stop him, hitting him in the stomach.

According to a third woman, Brand allegedly threatened legal action if she disclosed her experience of having been sexually assaulted by him while they were both working in Los Angeles.
Another lady told the magazine that Brand pierced her with his finger violently after growing furious upon learning she had been in contact with an ex-boyfriend. In an effort to make her “anonymous” to him, she also alleges that he made her wash her teeth so violently that her gums began to bleed.
Brand disclosed on Friday night that he had received correspondence from a well-known TV network and an established newspaper, both of which contained a series of severe and forceful accusations. Brand said that the correspondence was highly concerning.
