According to Loop Barbados News, Tanella Alleyne, a cousin of Rihanna, unfortunately died in Barbados at the age of 28. Just six years had passed since her brother Tavon was shot and killed, when this tragic incident took place.

In the company of her heartbroken family and friends, Tanella was buried on Monday at Barbados’ St. George Parish Church. Lift Me Up by Rihanna, a heartbreaking ballad, was playing, adding to the feeling of melancholy.

Whether the famous singer herself attended the service is yet unknown. Tanella was remembered as a woman who lived a life marked by gratitude, a daring spirit, and an abundance of self-assurance by Alleyne’s adoptive mother, Julie-Ann Bryan, in a moving eulogy.

At the time of her death, Alleyne, who had accumulated a following of more than 55,000 on Instagram, also had to deal with the tragic loss of her twin sister, Taneisha, when they were just 14 years old.

On Boxing Day of 2017, Tavon, the brother of the self-described fashion lover , tragically passed away at the age of 21 after being shot to death. The Alleyne family is now left to deal with the intense pain of losing not just one, but three cherished individuals in a relatively short period of time.
