New Diddy Lawsuit: I Was Drugged, Raped During Audition When I Was 10 Years Old

A bombshell lawsuit filed in New York state court on Monday alleges that music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs forced a 10-year-old boy to perform a sex act in exchange for a shot at stardom.

According to a lawsuit obtained byTMZ, a man identified as John Doe alleges that Sean “Diddy” Combs made unwanted advances in 2005.

John Doe claims he met Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden when he was just 10 years old. Diddy allegedly promised to make him a star, saying: “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.”

The plaintiff alleges that someone from Diddy’s team gave him a soda, which he believes was laced with GHB or ecstasy. After drinking it, he started feeling “a little funny” and eventually passed out.

“When he woke up, his pants were undone, and he believed he’d been raped,” the lawsuit states.

Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, calling them “facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” Diddy’s representatives told TMZ.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the plaintiff, has filed the lawsuit against Diddy and his companies for gender-motivated violence, seeking damages.

Diddy’s team expresses confidence in the judicial process, stating, “The truth will prevail: That Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.”
