Keke Palmer’s restraining order against her son’s father, Darius Jackson, remains in effect, following a public outburst after attending Usher’s concert in Las Vegas. Their love had its ups and downs, eventually ending in October 2023. Palmer alleges emotional, verbal, and physical assault, substantiated by security tape, leading to a temporary restraining order, which is now extended.

According to The Jasmine Brand, Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson chose mediation as a means of resolving their differences, which resulted in the postponement of their December 2023 court date to decide if the restraining order would remain in place.

In order to give themselves more time to participate in the mediation process, Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson jointly filed a request to extend the court’s mediation order and the hearing for the domestic abuse restraining order.

Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson mutually agreed to extend the mediation procedure, therefore the court hearing that was originally planned for January 9th was postponed. Palmer’s restraining order against Jackson has been consequently extended to July 2024.
