Jonathan Majors files cross-complaint against Grace Jabbari
Jonathan Majors, known for his roles in Marvel productions, has taken legal action by filing an NYPD domestic violence complaint against his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. In the complaint, Majors alleges that it was Jabbari who attacked him during a dispute that took place on a Chinatown street corner on March 25.
Contrary to Majors’ claims, Jabbari has accused him of breaking her finger, twisting her arm, and striking her in the ear, resulting in bleeding. Majors has denied these allegations, and a trial date of August 3 has been set for Jabbari’s case against him.
Following his recent court appearance on June 20, Majors visited the Chinatown precinct on June 21 to provide his own account of the incident to the police.
In a domestic incident report and sworn affidavit obtained by Insider, Majors claimed that Jabbari, who he described as being intoxicated and hysterical, scratched, slapped, and grabbed his face, causing him pain and bleeding.
The investigation into Majors’ counter-claims against Jabbari involves a second NYPD precinct, which is responsible for Majors’ penthouse address in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.
Both precincts have found probable cause to arrest Jabbari and issued an “incident card” or “I-Card,” an electronic document directing the police to take her into custody for questioning, according to Priya Chaudhry, Majors’ defense attorney, and a law enforcement source.

However, the Manhattan prosecutors handling Majors’ case have been hesitant to pursue charges against Jabbari, despite supporting evidence such as surveillance camera footage of the street dispute and photographs of Majors’ injuries. Chaudhry, in a previous interview with Insider, revealed some of this evidence.
The district attorney’s office declined to comment on the matter, and the NYPD has not provided an immediate response to inquiries. Attempts to contact Jabbari via email or phone have been unsuccessful. Chaudhry, while confirming the issuance and deactivation of an I-Card, has chosen not to provide further comments on the case.

Jonathan Majors, 33, and Grace Jabbari, 30, collaborated on the set of the recently released film “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.”
Majors is currently in a relationship with actress Meagan Good, who accompanied him to his court appearance at Manhattan Criminal Court last week. In his domestic incident report, Majors alleges that Jabbari had previously assaulted him, although no previous incidents were reported.
One such incident, described as a “verbal dispute in London that became physical,” was mentioned in Majors’ report to the police. Majors has denied causing any of the injuries he was arrested for and has consistently maintained, through his lawyer, that he did not act violently towards Jabbari.
He claims that Jabbari became violent while accusing him of receiving text messages from another woman.
According to Majors’ incident report, he states that he pulled away from Jabbari as she tried to grab his face, coat, and phone. At one point during their altercation, he admits to lifting her back into their chauffeured black Cadillac when they found themselves in the middle of traffic.
Furthermore, Majors accuses Jabbari of unauthorized credit card charges and leaving for London with his iPhone, a vintage Rolex watch, and other luxury items amounting to a value of $6,000 – $7,000, as detailed in the incident report.
Majors’ next court appearance regarding Jabbari’s case is scheduled for his trial on August 3.
