Aiko’s home, which she purchased in 2023 for approximately $5.6 million, was among several celebrity residences affected by the fire. The affluent neighborhood, known for its celebrity residents, also saw properties belonging to Ben Affleck, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry, and Kawhi Leonard impacted by the disaster. Affleck’s $20.5 million estate, Hanks and Wilson’s $26 million mansion, Teller and Sperry’s $7.5 million home, and Leonard’s expansive property were all in the path of the fire.

The fire, fueled by gusts of up to 100 miles per hour, forced the evacuation of at least 30,000 residents. Despite the destruction, Aiko expressed gratitude that no one was harmed and extended her prayers to her neighbors and others affected by the fire.
