Jada Pinkett Smith and Daughter Willow Share Laughter at Il Mulino Prime in NY
On Tuesday night, Jada Pinkett Smith stayed warm while dining at Il Mulino Prime Steakhouse in New York with her daughter Willow. To survive the chilly weather, the 52-year-old Matrix star wore a long black coat over a pastel yellow tracksuit.
Even though her latest memoir, “Worthy,” contains shocking and perplexing claims, Jada seemed to be in a good mood, laughing with Willow, who is 22 years old. Jada, who recently stated that she would like to write a book with her husband Will Smith, accessorized her look for the evening out with dark aviator sunglasses, a black purse, and open-toed black heels.
The actress was in high spirits as she shared laughs with Willow following her controversial remarks in her recently released memoir, “Worthy.” Willow wore black pants, a classic Converse sneaker, and a navy tee shirt, just like her mother.
Amidst headlines about their parents’ private matters, it seems that Willow and her brother Jaden Smith are not fond of their mother’s recent press tour. They also seem to feel sorry for their dad. A few of their family’s personal affairs are allegedly things the Smith children would rather keep private.

According to a source who spoke to DailyMail.com, the devoted children felt conflicted about their mother’s disclosures, despite their sympathy for their well-known father. Jaden and Willow both experienced some relief that the truth was known. “Although Jaden and Willow love their mom to no end and take on many of her behaviors and traits, they are very relieved the news is finally out there so everyone can just get on with it,” the source told DailyMail.com.
Willow, like her mother, wore a long black coat over black pants, a navy t-shirt, and classic Converse sneakers underneath. According to reports, the siblings experienced great discomfort whenever they had to sidestep inquiries regarding the status of their parents’ relationship.
Willow and Jaden were relieved that the public now knew the truth, but they believed the Men in Black actor wasn’t benefiting from the news for his personal growth. Recently, Jada made another shocking revelation when she revealed that she and Will are thinking of co-writing the book “Don’t Try This at Home.”
This would come after Jada’s highly publicized autobiography, “Worthy,” in which she describes her personal and marital struggles. Jada claimed to Extra that she and Will have found their way “back” to one another in spite of the split bombshell.
