Bow Wow is encouraging Nelly to propose to Ashanti as rumors swirl about their rekindled romance. He made the suggestion on social media after seeing footage of Nelly and Ashanti holding hands at a boxing match.
“But from little bro to big bro, STOP PLAYING AND MARRY THIS WOMAN BRO! You like 50. Sit your old ass down this your queen.”
Nelly and Ashanti have been seen together in public multiple times, with their most recent appearance being at the Gervonta “Tank” Davis and Ryan Garcia boxing match.
They have been romantically linked since they appeared onstage together in August 2022, and in December 2022, they performed at Power 98.3 and Power 96.1‘s “Under The Mistletoe” concert series in Glendale, Ariz. During the performance, they were seen getting touchy with each other, with Ashanti dancing in a sensual manner on Nelly while performing their 2008 track “Body On Me.”

Ashanti and Nelly started dating in 2003 but broke up after ten years. However, during an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in December 2022, Ashanti shared that they were now on good terms after years of disagreement. She expressed that they now have conversations and things are cool between them.
