Janet Jackson Lost 40LBS In 3 Months Eating Only Broccoli & Water To Get Ready For New Tour

Pop star Janet Jackson has reportedly lost 40lbs in just three months, but her drastic weight loss method has raised concerns among those close to her.

According to a source, Jackson has been surviving on a diet of only broccoli and water. “When people worry that she’s not getting enough nourishment, she brushes them off and insists she’s fine,” the source revealed.

However, others are worried about the long-term effects of her extreme dieting. “Everyone thinks her dieting is unhealthy and that it’s all going to catch up to her in some horrible way, maybe not tomorrow, but someday,” the source added.

This is not the first time Jackson has drastically changed her weight. A source notes that she previously lost 80lbs for her last year’s tour, only to gain it all back. “Janet is really putting herself at risk. She’s up-down, up-down. Now she’s got to do it again and it’ll be hell on her body!”

Jackson’s representatives have yet to comment on her diet.
