Rapper and business tycoon 50 Cent has agreed to a deal to put an end to his lawsuit against a Miami medical clinic for allegedly suggesting he had undergone penile augmentation surgery.
The G-Unit businessman, whose actual name is Curtis Jackson, claimed that Angela Kogan, a plastic surgeon, and her company, Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, exploited a picture of him to promote their goods and services. During their trip to Miami in February 2020, the two snapped this photo.
Kogan was accused of using the image, which 50 Cent claimed he took believing Kogan was merely a fan, to falsely suggest that Fif had undergone a penis enlargement procedure and promote Perfection Plastic Surgery, according to the lawsuit.
He maintains that he has never had any form of operation at MedSpa, including penis augmentation.
Both 50 Cent and Kogan claimed in court records submitted on Friday (March 24) that they had reached an agreement in principle to settle Mr. Jackson’s claims” and were “in the process of preparing an agreement to ratify and memorialize” the arrangement.
