Bianca Censori Faces Possible Prison Time in Paris
Bianca Censori could face jail time or a €15,000 fine after breaking Paris’ exhibitionism regulations by wearing a very exposing costume in public with her husband Kanye West.
She was seen without a shirt or bra under a fur coat as she went back to the Ritz Hotel with Kanye, and this could get her into trouble with French officials if she’s found to have broken decency laws. According to Article 222-32 of the penal code, showing deliberate sexual displays in public can lead to a year in prison and a fine of €15,000, but being naked isn’t always considered indecent, especially in designated naturist areas.
Bianca has been in trouble with the law before, like last year in Italy where she risked a €10,000 fine and jail time for being “virtually naked” in public.
The Italian Constitutional Court states that exposing oneself in front of minors can result in a fine of 5,000 to 10,000 euros or a jail sentence of four months to four years. Locals in Italy criticized Bianca for her tight, see-through clothing and lack of a bra, saying it was insulting, particularly in a nation with a strong Catholic tradition. The cops also looked into Bianca and Kanye after discovering them in a compromising photo while on vacation in Italy.
Since marrying Kanye in 2022, Bianca has been seen in revealing outfits around the world, which has reportedly concerned Kanye’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian, who has asked him to make sure Bianca covers up around their children. Bianca’s recent outing in Paris without underwear happened after she spent time with Kanye’s daughter North, 10.

Kim and Bianca have a friendly relationship, but Kim is worried about the inappropriate clothing choices in front of the kids. Unlike Bianca, Kim had to change her outfits if Kanye thought they were too revealing during their marriage. Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021 after seven years of marriage.
Kim Kardashian, who was dating Pete Davidson, was declared single in March 2022. Kim and Kanye divorced later that year, with Kanye agreeing to split custody and pay $200,000 in child support each month. Although it was first believed that Kanye and Bianca’s marriage in December 2022 was not legal, sources later stated that they filed for a marriage license in mid-October 2023 for “religious reasons.”
