According to court records acquired by TMZ, Damon Dash is asking for a significant reduction in child support payments to his ex-wife Rachel Roy for his 15-year-old daughter Tallulah Dash. He cites an annual income of just $5,140 in 2022.

His ex-wife, Rachel Roy, argues Dash’s ownership in Roc-A-Fella ought to bring in more money. She further asserts that Dash has not revealed to the court any unreported income sources.
Ava and Tallulah Dash are the couple’s two daughters; they were wed in 2005 and 2009 by Damon Dash and Rachel Roy. Children from prior relationships that Damon is also the father of include sons Lucky, Dame “Boogie” Dash, and Dusko, who is three years old.
For failing to pay $404,000 in outstanding child support to Rachel Roy and Cindy Morales, Damon was arrested in 2019. This is his second court battle over child support.
In an interview with Good Day New York, Damon Dash claimed that his arrest in 2019 for failing to pay child support was a “set-up,” claiming that the payments were meant to be made through Rachel Roy’s business.
The outcome of the money battle remains unclear as a judge has not yet ruled on Damon Dash’s request for a reduction in child support payments amid the ongoing legal processes.
