Darius Jackson, Keke Palmer’s ex-boyfriend, filed for a restraining order on the grounds that he was verbally and physically abused during their turbulent breakup. Darius went to court to ask for a temporary restraining order against Keke due to domestic abuse. Legal documents that TMZ was able to obtain show that Darius claims Keke mistreated him for years and frequently became aggressive, especially after drinking.
In the filed documents, Darius describes how, after drinking, Keke—who also happens to be his child’s mother—allegedly punched him in the face during a 2021 birthday celebration. He says Lenoria Addison, Keke’s friend, stepped in to stop more damage.
Darius claims to have texts from Keke that express his regret for the physical altercation. The court action clarifies the intricacies of their union as well as the accusations of abuse made by both parties during their trying divorce.
Darius claims in the documents that in January 2022, while celebrating his birthday in Cancún, Keke punched and struck him, leaving bruises on his body. He alleges that in February 2022, after drinking, Keke assaulted him once more, choking and hitting him inside her house.
When Keke became enraged over a shower problem in March 2023, Darius claims that Keke blamed him and called him names like “bitch,” “punk ass,” and “loser.”

Darius also says Keke would constantly bombard him with emails after these alleged domestic violence incidents, in which she would either lash out or apologize for what she had done.
With allegations of abuse coming from both sides, Darius and Keke are going through a rough breakup. Keke managed to get their child temporary sole custody and a temporary restraining order. Darius is now pleading for his own safety, requesting that the judge consider both his request and her accusations, as well as an injunction prohibiting Keke from approaching him within 100 yards.
