Tyrese Gibson, an actor and musician, is being sued by an Airbnb rental owner for alleged property damage. Tracy Wolf, the property manager, claims Tyrese made significant changes to the rental property, causing damage. Tyrese denies these allegations, claiming that the changes were minor and only temporary.
According to Tracy Wolf, Tyrese Gibson signed a six-month lease for a $20,000-per-month luxury five-bedroom estate in Woodland Hills. He allegedly began making unauthorized changes, such as changing electrical panels, installing non-compliant outlets, gold-painting a marble fireplace, blocking doors and windows, and damaging HVAC units.

Tyrese claims that the changes he made were not permanent and did not cause significant harm. He claims that he used materials that were not affixed to the home’s existing structures to block doors and windows for privacy.
Tracy Wolf claims Tyrese attempted to have 22 banana trees removed and allowed a construction crew to further damage the property.
Tiffanique Webb, the homeowner, filed a lawsuit seeking more than $25,000 in damages after Tyrese stopped responding to communication attempts about property restoration. Tyrese has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
