Actress Tia Mowry has shared her frustrating experiences with dating after her divorce from Cory Hardrict. In a TikTok post, she joked about the challenges she’s facing, saying “It got worse. But I feel like it’s about to get worser.”
Mowry revealed she’s encountered “ghosting, and love bombing, and emotional unavailability” while trying to find love again. Despite the struggles, she’s not afraid to stand up for herself, saying “When an emotionally immature man thinks he can play you, but when he goes low you go lower.”
The 45-year-old actress filed for divorce from Hardrict in October after 14 years of marriage, citing the need to set a good example for their children. “For them seeing their mother walk in truth, I feel like it’s a great lesson for them,” she said in an interview with HelloBeautiful.
Mowry admitted she was “terrified” of getting back into the dating scene, but remains optimistic. “If you’re feeling apprehensive about new experiences, just know you got this, and we’re in this together!” she encouraged her followers on Instagram.
