According to Page Six, the pair is still together despite removing their wedding rings, which raised questions about their marital status.
The actor’s agent, Brandon Cohen, has verified that there are no marital problems between his client and the pop icon.
The 29-year-old Asghari removed his ring since he is working on a movie, the BAC Talent publicist continues.
Representatives for Spears, 41, have not yet responded to numerous requests for the statement.

When they were both sighted without the ring, the Piece of Me singer and her husband lately raised doubts about their marriage.
Spears was photographed arriving at LAX Airport on Tuesday in images obtained by the Daily Mail without her engagement ring in preparation for a trip to Mexico with her friend and manager, Cade Hudson.
Perhaps due to work, Asghari was unable to travel with them.
