Jay-Z’s alleged son begs rapper to take DNA test: I don’t want any money, I just want the truth

Amid JAY-Z slamming a shocking rape claim against him, he’s now being hit with a resurfacing paternity dispute.

31-year-old Rymir Satterthwaite—who has spent over a decade attempting to prove Carter is his biological father—expressed disdain at the rap legend’s response to rape allegations. Satterthwaite—whose late mother, Wanda, alleged she became pregnant with JAY-Z’s child at age 16—spoke out about his ongoing quest for clarity.

“It is both heartbreaking and frustrating to see Mr. Carter respond to allegations with such deflection and attacks,” he told DailyMail.com. “This is not about greed or spectacle—it’s about uncovering the truth and ensuring all parties are held accountable.”

Despite multiple legal attempts, Satterthwaite has faced roadblocks at every turn, with JAY-Z’s legal team allegedly working to squash paternity testing. The rapper has never publicly addressed the claims or provided a DNA sample, and Satterthwaite accuses Carter of using his legal resources to dodge accountability.

The paternity saga dates back to 1992 when Wanda claimed she conceived Satterthwaite with JAY-Z. Two years after Jay married Beyoncé in 2008, Satterthwaite filed multiple lawsuits demanding a paternity test. While a Pennsylvania court ruled against him due to his age at the time, Satterthwaite alleges Carter’s team abused legal technicalities to avoid the test.

Satterthwaite has now countered Hov’s recent statement with: “If Mr. Carter values the ideals of honor and protecting children, as he claims in his letter, he should step forward with transparency. He continues to deflect and avoid.” He added, “Despite my efforts, Mr. Carter has never once written a letter to me to address these claims – whether to deny or acknowledge paternity, or to address why his attorney’s committed this fraud.”

The young man’s outburst refers to Jay’s lengthy statement, where he alleged a smear campaign is being built against. Jay also expressed the toll the allegations could take on his 12-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.

“My only heartbreak is for my family, particularly my daughter, who is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims,” he said. “I mourn yet another loss of innocence.”

Jay also implored the alleged victim to file a criminal complaint and reveal themself, stating, “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?”

The lawsuit alleges that Jane Doe, the plaintiff, was drugged and assaulted at a party, with both JAY-Z and Diddy named as perpetrators. JAY-Z, however, has vehemently denied the claims and has maintained his innocence.

VIBE has reached out to JAY-Z’s team for statement and has not not received a response.
