Florida rapper Charles Jones, also known as Julio Foolio, was killed while celebrating his 26th birthday in Tampa. According to Joneé Lewis, the public information officer of the Tampa Police Department, the incident is still under investigation, but it appears that two cars were shot at. One person was killed at the scene, and three others who were shot were taken to local hospitals.
The victims were reportedly at a hotel, trying to get a room when the shooting occurred. Fortunately, it seems that the three injured victims will survive. The police are currently reviewing surveillance videos to gather more information about the incident. They are also assisting hotel guests in navigating around the crime scene.
No arrests have been made yet, but the officers are searching for additional video footage to help identify any possible suspects.
