According to the lawsuit, R. Kelly’s records were unlawfully obtained by an officer as recently as August 2022, and leaks about him persisted even after an investigation. Kelly’s lawyer, Jennifer Bonjean, contends that the federal government neglected to secure his personal data, granting multiple officers unwarranted access to it.
According to Bonjean, there is a continuous cover-up of wrongdoing, which has caused chaos in Kelly’s personal life. Officer A, who is currently serving his sentence in North Carolina, is accused of accessing Kelly’s private information and then disclosing it to Tasha K, also known as Latasha Kebe.
