During this period, he not only achieved academic success but also showed a passion for sports, particularly as the soccer team’s starting goalie and the school’s sports prefect. He completed his education at Saint Francis Xavier in Wa after junior high, all the while fostering his passion for football.

Dennis’ commitment to both his studies and his athletic pursuits is commendable. Even as he pursued his passion for football, he remained steadfast in prioritizing his education. Upon completing his tenure at Xavier, he took a step forward by enrolling at Ahmadiya Training College of Education in Jahan.
Here, he once again assumed the pivotal role of the school team’s first-choice goalkeeper, showcasing his remarkable skills and dedication to the sport.
PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CAREER
While Dennis’ relationship with football began in his infancy, his professional journey officially commenced in 2015.
His inaugural football club was Star Makers FC, marking the initial step in his professional trajectory. Progressing through the years, he transitioned to Wa Suntaa Sporting Club, a pivotal move in his career. With his exceptional goalkeeping prowess, Dennis consistently secured clean sheets, playing a pivotal role in Suntaa’s qualification to the national division.
The fruits of his labor and unwavering resolve materialized when he earned invitations to the national U20 and U23 training camps. These selections underscored his distinctive talent and marked a turning point in his self-belief – a realization that his aspirations were within reach through dedicated effort. Although he narrowly missed the final squad cuts, his determination remained unscathed, fueling his unwavering commitment to improvement.
Following a commendable four-year tenure with Wa Suntaa, Dennis seized a new opportunity that propelled him into the Ghana Premier League’s spotlight. Joining Ashgold in Obuasi, he ventured onto the national stage, showcasing his exceptional skills in the prestigious league.
After a span of time contributing to AshGold, Dennis embarked on a new chapter by joining Accra Lions to continue his impactful journey. His tenure at AshGold had been notable, marked by his exceptional performance in 28 out of the team’s 34 league matches. However, his transition to Accra Lions encountered challenges, impacting his on-field consistency due to off-field matters. Consequently, these issues led to a mutual decision for him to part ways with the club.
Following his departure from Accra Lions, where he made a limited two league appearances, Dennis Votere is now poised for a fresh start.
His departure has stirred interest from two undisclosed betPawa Premier League clubs. Despite this attention, Dennis has emphasized his deliberative approach in the decision-making process. He intends to take the necessary time to weigh his options before determining the next step in his career journey.
