Male music producer accuses Diddy of sexual assault
Combs is being sued by a music producer who produced his 2023 album. The producer claims that Combs harassed and sexually assaulted him, tried to force him into having sex, and inappropriately involved him with other people.
Additionally, he claims that Combs forced him to engage in improper behaviors, such as pursuing underage sex workers and engaging in sexual acts for Combs’ amusement. Jones once woke up feeling stoned in Combs’ Miami mansion in February 2023 and discovered he was with Combs and two prostitutes.
Attorney Tyrone Blackburn filed the case, which also names Justin Combs, Lucian Grainge, Ethiopia Habtemariam, Kristina Khorram, Universal Music Group, Motown Records, and Love Records as defendants who allegedly colluded with Combs to facilitate his misbehavior.
Federal RICO cases, typically used to target organized crime like the mafia, are meant to catch all members of an alleged criminal group more efficiently. For instance, the ongoing Georgia case against Young Thug, alleging he led a violent Atlanta gang, is based on a state law similar to federal RICO.
In this situation, Jones says the “RICO enterprise” aimed to recruit underage sex workers and traffic drugs and guns from Combs’ Miami residence.
He claims they controlled him by threatening violence, excluding him from the music industry, and not paying him for his work on the album, despite allegedly producing nine tracks. The lawsuit mentions a supposed September 2022 incident at Chalice Recording Studio where a man was shot after a dispute involving Combs and others. Jones alleges Combs forced him to lie to the police about the incident.

He is suing Combs, UMG, Motown, Love Records, and Chalice Recording Studio for inadequate security during the camp. Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, called Jones a liar, saying his claims are false and unsupported by evidence. They plan to address these allegations in court.
A spokesperson for Justin Combs denies the allegations, calling them lies and stating that legal action will be taken against those making defamatory statements. Representatives for UMG, Motown, Love Records, Grainge, and Chalice Recording Studio did not respond to requests for comment.
Jones is seeking damages for loss of income, emotional distress, and punitive damages. The Love Album, initially set for release under Combs’ Love Records and Motown, was ultimately released independently. Jones’ lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal accusations against Combs, including a lawsuit from Cassie alleging rape and abuse, which was settled, and accusations from other women, all of which Combs denies.
