Nipsey Hussle’s brother, Sam, has finalized the distribution of the late rapper’s estate, valued at $11 million. The primary beneficiaries are his children, Kross and Emani, and his girlfriend, Lauren London.
According to recent court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kross and Emani will each receive 50% of the estate’s funds. However, Kross will receive an additional $113,000 for expenses related to Emani’s care.
Lauren London, acting on behalf of Kross, will receive 50% of the money in the estate’s bank accounts and an equal share of Nipsey’s business interests.
Sam has requested court approval for a $130,000 disbursement to cover legal fees associated with managing the estate.
This follows a recent court decision granting Sam and his family guardianship over Emani, after a prolonged legal battle with Tanisha Foster, Emani’s mother.
“We are better equipped to care for Emani,” Nipsey’s family said in a statement. Tanisha Foster had claimed that she only agreed to guardianship due to financial constraints and accused the family of using their influence to control Emani’s and her own desires.
