Lamar Odom, a former Los Angeles Clippers player, was involved in a car accident. Odom was going home from a friend’s house when he dropped his phone inside the car by accident. He lost control of his vehicle while attempting to retrieve it, resulting in a collision with two parked cars on the street.
Fortunately, Lamar’s airbags deployed, and he escaped the accident unhurt, with no reported injuries. The owners of the parked cars arrived, and Lamar gave them his insurance information.

Despite being called to the scene, authorities decided not to file a report after Lamar Odom explained what happened.
Following the crash, Lamar’s damaged Mercedes was taken away, and he was escorted home by his security team.
Odom has struggled with drugs and mental health issues. He was hospitalized after a significant overdose event in 2015. He has since overcome his addiction and become a notable champion for mental health awareness.
