La La Anthony has sparked controversy with her candid views on marriage, revealing most married people she knows are “miserable”.
In a chat with DJ Charlamagne Tha God on “The Breakfast Club“, Anthony said: “Most married people I know are miserable. And not happy. And don’t wanna be married.”
The TV personality, who split from husband Carmelo Anthony last year, also claimed people are no longer eager to tie the knot. “I don’t hear people saying, ‘I wanna get married,'” she noted.
Anthony’s son Kiyan, 15, is also struggling to come to terms with her newfound freedom. On “The Jennifer Hudson Show“, she joked: “He doesn’t like me dating. He wants me to be alone forever!”
Kiyan’s response? “Kind of.”
