Kim Zolciak, former star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), has weighed in on Kenya Moore’s departure from the show, calling it the “best thing that could ever happen” to the series.
In an interview on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, Kim expressed her thoughts on Kenya’s exit, saying, “I think it’s the best thing that could ever happen to that show.” She further elaborated, “You meet people and you have relationships with people and you get angry or you get frustrated, but when you’re just I think the core of who you are or your character is heavily flawed, I think that’s a great decision to be honest.”
Kim’s comments come after Kenya’s departure from RHOA following a sex poster scandal with newcomer Brittany Eady. While Kim didn’t directly address the scandal, her statements suggest she found Kenya’s behavior unacceptable.

However, Kim did express enthusiasm for potentially returning to RHOA if Phaedra Parks joins the show. “I love Phaedra. That would be great. … She’s so funny,” Kim said. She also told ET‘s Brice Sander, “I might have to consider it with Phaedra because she’s so funny and all I do is laugh when I’m around her.”
Kim’s willingness to return to the show with Phaedra indicates she values their friendship and enjoys her company. However, she made it clear that she would only consider returning if the entire cast changes.
