Keke Palmer Seeks Full Custody of Son Following Alleged Abuse by Ex Darius Jackson

Keke Palmer has filed for full custody of her eight-month-old son with Darius Jackson, seeking sole physical and legal custody, according to court documents obtained by pagesix

Keke Palmer denied Jackson’s request for joint custody and stated in her request for sole custody that she would be willing to pay for the “reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth.”

She did, however, insist that each party pay their own legal costs. The court’s power to order child support and to assign earnings immediately was also mentioned in the documents. Palmer filed the lawsuit in response to Jackson’s cryptic tweets on X, the former name for Twitter.

“Just thank God & keep it pushing,” he posted on 2 November, and reposted an earlier message that read, “Being betrayed by someone you loved really changes your mindset.”

He also wrote, “Nobody apologized for how they treated me, they just blamed me for how I reacted.”

Palmer and Jackson, who were together for over two years and had a son in February, were reported to have separated in August, according to People Magazine. Despite Jackson denying online rumors, their recent relationship has been unfriendly.

The public became aware of Palmer and Jackson’s relationship problems in July when Jackson criticized the actress on social media for wearing a fitted, sheer dress to an Usher concert in Las Vegas.
