Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith, who got married in 2019, have settled on a custody agreement for their 3-year-old daughter, Juno, following the actress filing for divorce about two months ago.
The daughter’s name was revealed in divorce documents obtained by media outlets on October 2.
Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have agreed to joint physical and legal custody without child support, according to documents obtained by E! News.
The exact date of their separation is unclear, as documents show different dates, with Turner-Smith initially listing Sept. 13 in her filing, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the marriage breakdown.

Jackson’s response stated that they were together until the end of September, with Sept. 30 listed as the date of separation, according to E! News. The news of their upcoming divorce surprised many, considering they had been seen together and appeared happy multiple times that month.
