Jonathan Majors' lawyers confident of a win

According to a statement from Jonathan Majors’ legal team, they are confident that he will be acquitted of all domestic violence allegations at his upcoming court date. The attorneys believe that the opinion of a forensic medical expert will be instrumental in debunking the claims of domestic assault made against him.

The lawyers have been transparent and cooperative throughout the legal proceedings, and they argue that the evidence, including text messages, video footage, and statements from other accusers, does not support the accusations. Earlier this year, Majors was arrested following an alleged physical altercation with his girlfriend, but she later recanted her statement. Despite this, Majors lost several partnership deals, including with Valentino, Lionsgate Entertainment, and the U.S. Army. If he is found innocent, he will be able to file a civil suit against his accuser. His lawyers have claimed that there is new video footage that will exonerate the actor.

On March 25th, Lovecraft Country star, Jonathan Majors was accused of assault by a woman who claimed that he choked and hit her. However, his attorney, Priya Chaudhry, has filed legal documents in Manhattan claiming that the woman was actually attempting to steal his phone while they were in a taxi after leaving a Brooklyn bar.

The legal documents state that a cab driver witnessed the incident and saw the woman hitting, scratching and attacking Majors, while he did not retaliate or raise his voice. The driver also saw Majors ask him to pull over so he could escape the assault.

Chaudhry also claims that there is video footage that proves the woman’s broken finger and laceration behind her ear were a “complete lie”. The woman allegedly called Majors 32 times that night with angry texts accusing him of infidelity and threatening suicide. Security footage from a nightclub shows the alleged victim using her right hand normally, the same hand she claimed Majors injured prior to them parting ways.

Majors was arrested outside of his Chelsea apartment, but Chaudhry is confident that the evidence will prove that he did not hit or choke the woman.
