Jada Pinkett smith slammed as a narcissist and a liar
As a result of her shocking admission that she and Will Smith have been living apart for the past seven years, Jada Pinkett Smith is now being accused of being a “narcissist” and using him for “attention.”
In recent interviews with People and the Today show, the 52-year-old spilled this shocking nugget about their relationship just days before the anticipated publication of her frank memoir, “Worthy.”
Fans started to turn against Jada after she said that she and Will, 55, were both “exhausted” from attempting to save their marriage by 2016. They charged her with ‘deception’ toward the general public as well as the actor, with whom she had exchanged vows in 1997.
Concerns over the veracity of Jada’s allegations are currently trending on social media platforms. This renewed interest also calls attention to Jada’s relationship with singer August Alsina, which she began in the year she says she and Will split up.
This has rekindled conversations about the infamous Oscars incident, in which Will confronted Chris Rock ostensibly to defend Jada. They were indeed apart at the time, as is now recognized.
Jada went into detail about the reasons for the dissolution of her marriage to Will during her interview with Hoda Kotb on the Today show
‘By the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying. I think we were both still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.’

Fans are skeptical of the 52-year-old’s confession, though, and are tweeting their doubts in response to the statement. Jada has been called a “liar” by many online, raising the possibility that she may be protecting her own “image” while maybe casting doubt on her spouse.
One person wrote: ‘No…wait.. Jada is a f***ing liar.’
Another user added: ‘Such a liar. She is just trying to do damage control to her own reputation. The public is over it. We see you Jada.’
‘Whatever decisions Will and Jada made in their marriage is their business. But don’t lie and say that y’all don’t see that this woman has been on a mission to publicly humiliate, manipulate, and emasculate this man for the past few years. It’s just disgusting,’ added someone else.
‘So why have that Red Table Talk like they were together? Man, she needs to drop Smith from her last name and go back to Jada Pinkett,’ said another person.
One user wrote: ‘Jada and Will irk me. Stop talking about them. She don’t like his simp a** and y’all keep pointing it out.’
‘Lies. You’re going to tell me Will sabotaged his career for someone he’s not even married to? Jada is whacked,’ added another user.
‘Jada is just trying to sell her book because why after seven years of so much drama between them why they want to now tell us that they are not even together. Boring and annoying,’ one person said.
‘Jada hates Will, can’t tell me otherwise. Steady speaking on that man, embarrassing him.’
Another user added: ‘Man… Jada needs to stop embarrassing Will at this point.’
‘Jada has been embarrassing Will for years,’ commented another person.
Someone else said: ‘Jada keeps embarrassing this man publicly.
In an interview with People, Jada admitted that her husband and comedian Chris Rock were actually living in separate homes at the time of their altercation there at the 2022 Oscars. When a joke about Jada’s bald haircut was made, Will became enraged and walked onto the stage.
She highlighted that no firm conclusions about the course of their marriage had been made. Jada clarified that she and Will are ‘still figuring it out’.
