After allegations that her husband, Will Smith, had sex with Duane Martin, Jada Pinkett Smith hinted at legal action.

While it’s unclear whether she was serious about consulting lawyers, when asked about the situation, she told photographers, ‘We suin’! Will Smith has categorically denied the allegations, and sources close to Duane Martin have reportedly stated that he has no plans to publicly address the claims because they are ridiculous, according to TMZ.

In a viral interview with Tasha K, Brother Bilaal, who identifies as the actor’s ex-personal assistant, made a shocking accusation. Bilaal claimed that he once walked in on the Men In Black star, now 55, and Martin performing a sex act in Martin’s dressing room.

He also made derogatory remarks about Smith’s manhood, likening it to the size of a ‘pinky toe.’ According to TMZ, an Oscar-winning actor’s spokesperson said the story was “completely fabricated,” and a source said Smith is “considering legal action.”

During an appearance on The Breakfast Club radio show, Jada Pinkett Smith insisted on legal action, calling the allegations “untrue” and “ridiculous.”

‘It’s ridiculous, right? And it’s nonsense. This is a person who tried to do a shake down, a money shake down that didn’t work. We’re going to take legal action. Because it’s one thing to have your opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories. So that’s actionable, so we’re going to roll with that.

‘So for me, unfortunately, it’s part of it,’ she added. ‘It’s not true, we’re going to take care of it. And that’s that.’

Jada Pinkett Smith explained that the rumor allegedly started because someone wanted compensation for business related to Will’s book. She mentioned there was an attempt at a money shakedown, and Will was willing to offer a certain amount, but the person didn’t accept it.

When asked about the details, she stated, “Some business that they have,” and emphasized they are taking legal action. Regarding Will’s response, she said he always finds humor in situations. Additionally, it’s noted that Duane Martin, 58, was married to actress Tisha Campbell from 1996 to 2020.
