Influencer Luana Andrade Dies Following Liposuction Complication

Influencer Luana Andrade, from Brazil, died one day after a knee procedure carried out in Sao Paulo, Brazil, by a private physician and anesthetist that her family had hired.

Andrade appeared healthy prior to the surgery, according to plastic surgeon and president of the Brazilian College of Plastic Surgery Dr. Diovane Ruaro. Because of complications during the surgery, the model and fashion designer’s cause of death was listed as a pulmonary embolism.

“The surgery was stopped, and the patient underwent tests that revealed a massive thrombosis,” said Sao Luiz Hospital. For medicine and hemodynamic therapy, she was brought to the intensive care unit.”

Dr. Eduardo Teixeira of the Brazilian College of Plastic Surgery emphasized that no surgery is without risk, especially surgical procedures.

Andrade’s partner, Joao Hadad, expressed his heartbreak on Instagram, saying, “I’m torn and living my worst nightmare. A piece of me is gone. Today, it is difficult to understand God’s plans, and I do not know when and if I will ever process the absence you will make in my life and in the lives of a legion of people who loved your presence.”

Just a day before her surgery, Andrade shared three gym selfies on Instagram.

Christina Ashten Gourkani, better known online as Ashten G, was an OnlyFans celebrity who died of cardiac arrest earlier this year while undergoing plastic surgery. The tragedy occurred on April 20, while the 34-year-old, who bore a striking resemblance to Kim Kardashian, was recuperating from surgery.
