Sean “Diddy” Combs and his Bad Boy record label have been named in a lawsuit filed by a former executive who allegedly sexually assaulted his female assistant on multiple occasions.

This comes after singer Cassie filed a lawsuit against Diddy recently on similar charges, and it was reportedly settled out of court for millions of dollars in less than a day. Despite the settlement, Diddy maintains that he did nothing wrong.

In court papers obtained by rollingout, an unidentified woman accuses former president Harve Pierre of using his position to groom, sexually assault, and consistently harass his ex-assistant.

Referred to as Jane Doe in the legal documents, she alleges that Pierre pursued her in various locations nationwide during her time at Bad Boy from 2016 to 2017, leading to multiple sexual assaults and resulting in physical, emotional, and psychological injuries.

“Pierre used his position of authority as plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her…Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming the plaintiff, leading to sexual harassment of the plaintiff and sexual assault,” Jane Doe asserts through her attorney.

Bad Boy informed the outlet that the company is aware of the lawsuit and is investigating the accusations.

“We have recently become aware of a lawsuit filed in New York by a former employee. The allegations are from many years ago that were never brought to the attention of the company. Neither the plaintiff nor the executive are current employees of the company. We are now investigating the allegations, and our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees.”

In the lawsuit, Diddy is not directly accused of any wrongdoing; however, Jane Doe, as stated in the documents, holds his Bad Boy label accountable, claiming they “should have known” that Pierre was not a suitable fit for his role.
