Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54, has vehemently denied allegations of sexual assault and exploitation amid reports that 120 additional victims are preparing to file lawsuits.
The alleged victims, split evenly between males and females, claim abuse spanning 25 years, with 25 victims reportedly minors at the time, including one as young as nine.
Diddy’s attorney said, “He emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the victims, revealed that over 3,280 individuals contacted his firm, with 120 chosen to move forward.
Buzbee stated, “This type of sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation should never happen… This conduct has created a mass of individuals who are injured, scared and scarred.”
The alleged abuse occurred in California, Florida, and New York, often at auditions where young people were “coerced into this type of conduct in the promise of being made a star.”
Diddy, held at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn since pleading not guilty to racketeering, sex trafficking, and other charges, has been denied bail twice.
His attorney added, “Mr. Combs looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
