Sean “Diddy” Combs faces explosive allegations of sex trafficking and assault in two separate lawsuits.
A personal trainer, identified as “John Doe,” claims Combs forced him into nonconsensual oral sex at a 2022 after-party. The lawsuit states, “Due to the haze of the drug he had been clandestinely served, Plaintiff could not resist Combs’ coercion and ordering.”
The accuser alleges Combs passed him around “like a party favor” for others to sexually exploit.
A second victim, “Jane Doe,” an independent musician, alleges Combs raped her at a Manhattan house party in 2022. She claims, “Due to the effects of her drugged drink, Combs raped and sexually assaulted Plaintiff.”
Combs’ legal team denies the allegations, stating, “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth.” They added, “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”
Combs remains in jail on sex trafficking charges. His lawyers expressed “full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” saying, “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
The two victims seek compensatory damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, and psychological harm.
