Having to register as a sex offender is part of Desiigner’s sentencing in the mid-flight masturbating case , the judge has ordered this registration along with other requirements for his two-year probation, including as submitting to a psychological assessment and drug testing.

Along with being forced to perform 120 hours of community service, Desiigner is also barred from possessing any firearms.

Desiigner admitted guilt to charges of indecent exposure, following accusations of exposing himself to flight attendants during a flight from Japan in April.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Desiigner was given a two-year probation and a hefty $500,000 fine.

According to the publication, Desiigner’s lawyer, Ryan Garry, stated in court filings that the Grammy-nominated artist was dealing with multiple sources of stress in the lead-up to the incident.

As stated in the initial charging documents, he reportedly informed the federal agents who apprehended him that he didn’t have much romantic success overseas.

Prosecutors cited the musician’s previous disorderly behavior on flights, including a 2018 incident on Scandinavian Airlines that led in a one-year ban from travelling with the airline owing to his ‘threatening behavior towards the employees.’

According to a legal complaint acquired by the AP, Desiigner initially exposed himself in first class about 60 to 90 minutes after departure. According to the complaint, he initially covered up after the event, but two flight attendants spotted him engaging in inappropriate behavior again and told him to stop, which he did.

Following this, the head flight attendant warned Desiigner that he would be imprisoned as a result of his behavior. He was then detected for the third time with indecent exposure, prompting his evacuation to the rear of the aircraft.

According to the complaint, Desiigner accidentally dropped a jar of Vaseline lubricant into the aisle while changing seats.
