Ciara Reveals Why She Decided to Call It Quits with Future
Hip-hop artist Future and pop star Ciara once had a well-known relationship that ended in 2014. Fans were shocked as they watched Ciara become a mother when online reports of Future’s adultery first appeared.
Notably, Russell Wilson, a football player and Ciara later got married. He showered her with love and gave her luxurious experiences. This caused ladies all over the world to ask Ciara about her ‘prayer’ for finding a wonderful man after going through heartbreak. Since then, the couple has welcomed two children and is expecting a third. They appear to be more content than ever.
Ciara recently talked about the crucial turning point that caused her to call off her engagement to Future.

“When you know you’re supposed to make a super-defined decision in your life, you know it from, like, the head to your feet and your soul and your body, you know it,” Ciara, 37, said during the Wednesday, October 4, episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “It’s almost like your taste buds change … You gotta look in the mirror and reflect too, like, ‘What are things I could be doing differently in my life?’ or ‘I’m looking for a change, but what does that mean?’”
“When you have a child, it’s very important to me, like now it’s no time to play around. The whole like, experimentation kind of phase is out the door,” she added. “I am now responsible for another life. So what am I doing? How am I thinking that through? And when you’re tired, you’re tired. We get tired and we don’t want to be tired all the time. I’m like, ‘I want joy. I want to make sure my cup is full.’”
