While celebrating her 10-year wedding anniversary, Chrissy Teigen was photographed by paparazzi holding what appeared to be a cigarette. Chrissy Teigen took preemptive measures to dispel rumors around the images.
This past Saturday, the former model clarified the confusion on her Instagram stories.
The 37-year-old television anchor underlined that the picture was not of her smoking a cigarette but rather of her simply using a paintbrush for a poolside painting session when she was on her vow renewal retreat in Italy with John Legend.

“There is a pap pic of me in the pool with my kids looking like I’m holding a cigarette,”
“But please look at all the pics because it is a paintbrush and I, ADMIITTEDLY ODDLY, was painting by the pool!”
“If this were a lie it would be the dumbest lie, I think smoking makes more sense than painting by the pool,” Teigen wrote.
Currently, Teigen and Legend are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary at Lake Como, Italy, with their four children.
