Celine Dion’s sister, Claudette Dion, recently made a public appearance on a Quebec TV show to provide an update on the renowned singer’s current health situation.
Celine, who is 55 years old, has remained out of the public eye since sharing a personal video with her fans on Christmas Eve of 2022 through her Instagram account.
Claudette disclosed that her sister is currently in a resolute state of mind, as reported by Journaldesfemmes.fr.

“I know she’s working hard,” Celine’s older sister said.
“We’re all crossing our fingers, and I’m glad people are concerned,” she said on the Quebec TV show, Bonsoir Bonsoir.
Host Jean-Philippe Wauthier intervened, offering a gentle correction, saying, “The entire world is deeply concerned.”
In response, Claudette expressed her unwavering confidence in their collective efforts, stating, “She is putting in tremendous effort, and we hold steadfast belief in our ability to triumph. This cannot be a narrative of such nature.”

Continuing, she recounted a recent conversation she had with Celine, relaying her words, “This simply cannot be true; it must be an error from the heavens,” Claudette shared, conveying her heartfelt words to her sister.
Following reports of the singer’s deteriorating health, an interview took place, shedding light on the significant lifestyle changes she is said to be undertaking.
“Celine is in an enormous amount of pain,” a source told Radar in June. “She has the best medical team money can buy, but things aren’t looking good.
“Her disease is incurable. And as hard she’s worked at it with doctors and therapists, she simply isn’t getting better.”
“To be honest, she can barely move.”
