Alvina Anderson and Anthony Anderson have struck an agreement that will see Anthony Anderson paying her a sizeable financial settlement as part of their divorce procedures.

Official court records indicate that the couple’s divorce was properly finalized, including a one-time equalization payment of more than $4 million. The Andersons were married for more than 20 years, so even though this amount might seem significant, it’s crucial to keep that in mind.

As part of the settlement terms, Mr. Anderson has agreed to give monthly spousal support in addition to the sizeable lump payment.

The settlement specifically provides for a payment of $4,301,448 to be made within the next ten days. Additionally, Mr. Anderson has agreed to pay $20,000 in spousal support each month.

The agreement states that the spousal support may change if the actor’s yearly salary rises above $2 million. This detailed agreement, which explicitly lays out how the former couple is sharing their common assets, has been formally filed with the Los Angeles County Courts.

While his ex-wife has a home in Houston, Texas, Anthony will continue to own the family estate in Encino, California. Unfortunately, Mr. Anderson will be forced to sell his 2018 Mercedes CLS 500C, and the proceeds will be split equally between him and his ex-wife. It’s important to note, though, that he will continue to own the Range Rover.

Given that they would not be interred together, the couple has mutually decided to sell their jointly owned site at Inglewood Park Cemetery. The two parties will each receive an equal share of the sale’s revenues.
