Aaron Carter’s seven-bedroom home sells for $765k
The recently renovated seven-bedroom residence in Lancaster, California, where singer Aaron Carter tragically lost his life in a bathtub accident involving Xanax, has been successfully sold for $765,000.
The house, which underwent a comprehensive bathroom remodeling, fetched a price considerably higher than the $430,000 Carter had purchased it for in 2019 prior to his passing at the age of 34.
Spanning 4,131 square feet, the property boasts an expansive layout featuring seven bedrooms, a capacious backyard housing a pool with a jacuzzi, and a roomy 4-car garage. Carter’s untimely demise occurred within the premises on November 5, 2022. Initially, drowning was not identified as the primary cause of death by coroner’s officials in January, as there was no evidence of water in his lungs, according to TMZ reports.

Nonetheless, an autopsy report released in April confirmed that, while under the influence of substances, Carter had inadvertently slipped underwater and drowned.
This revelation contrasted with the earlier assumption, providing clarity on the tragic circumstances surrounding his passing. Carter’s fiancée, Melanie Martin, who shared a child with him, expressed to the media that the disclosure of the autopsy results did not offer her the closure she sought.
