According to sources , Jane Schneck, Aaron Carter’s mother, was taken into custody following a verbal dispute with her spouse over their television’s remote control. The disagreement reportedly escalated into a physical altercation after Jane had been drinking with a relative.
Apparently, Jane Schneck had been playing music at an uncomfortably high volume on the TV, preventing her husband from getting any sleep, which led to the confrontation.

Jane Schneck seized the wrist of an individual who had taken out his phone to record the ongoing situation. The individual reportedly did not appreciate Jane’s physical contact and contacted the police. Upon arriving at Jane’s residence in Florida, the officers viewed the individual’s footage on the mobile device and deemed it sufficient evidence to charge Jane with battery.
Online records indicate that Jane was apprehended and booked in the hours of Saturday morning, but was later freed on a $100 bond the same evening. It is worth noting that Jane’s husband did not sustain any injuries and declined to accompany her to the authorities.
