Diddy Asks Feds to Reveal Alleged Victims’ Names, Necessary for His Defense

Diddy has accused federal prosecutors of withholding crucial information, making it impossible for him to mount a robust defense against allegations of abuse and coercion.

In documents filed Tuesday, Diddy’s legal team urged a federal judge to compel the U.S. Attorney’s Office to reveal the names of anonymous alleged victims cited in the indictment.

The 53-year-old Bad Boy Records founder believes disclosing the accusers’ identities will uncover “voluminous evidence” proving his interactions with them were consensual.

Diddy’s attorneys specifically seek to identify alleged victims beyond “Victim 1,” reportedly his ex-girlfriend Cassie, mentioned in the 14-page indictment.

The move comes as attorney Tony Buzbee files civil lawsuits on behalf of 120 clients, with six more suits emerging Monday.

Diddy’s team argues the federal case has sparked a “torrent of allegations by unidentified complainants,” obstructing their ability to prepare a defense.

Federal prosecutors have refused to disclose the names, citing it’s not necessary “at this stage.”

A representative for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York declined to comment.

Diddy, arrested last month, remains incarcerated in Brooklyn after twice being denied bail.

His trial is set for May 2025.
